WHISKEY TASTING CLASS

The theme for this year’s tating event is Barrels and Barrel Finishes!  Join us for a fun evening of sampling as we explore, learn about and taste from a wide range of Bourbons, Scotches and whiskeys from around the world.

We’ll have a tutored formal tasting class with a flight of select bourbons, a scotch or two, and one or two interesting international whiskeys.    No worries, they are samples.  Just enough to have a taste and for us to discuss.

Small bites and appetizers before we get started and more after… and then an open counter of a broad array of Bourbons, Scotches, Irish and International whiskeys, to include multiple bottles from Dave’s personal shelves and always some special surprises.

After the class, we will have an open tasting from 20+ bourbons, scotches, Irish, Indian, Australian and other whiskeys to choose from, including some special surprises and premium bottles.

Dave will be available to answer all your questions.  He loves talking whiskey, and it’s all about the flavor, and what works best for YOU.

We always emphasize being an educated consumer and to  “Enjoy and drink with your palate, not your ego”

It is NOT about drinking… it is about having fun, being with friends and learning about and enjoying the whiskey … Always better with good company!
