Meet David Cover - Brand Ambassador for M&H Distillery
David has worked in the whisky industry for his entire career. A self-proclaimed ‘whisky nerd’, he has worked in every aspect of distillery life since he started in 2015 with Penderyn Distillery in Wales. Having gained an intimate knowledge of the distillation process from the late Dr. Jim Swan, it made perfect sense that David would transition to his next role with the M&H Distillery in Israel where Dr. Swan advised on another first; a Single Malt from the beautiful shores of Tel Aviv. David lives his best life doing what others can only dream of… traveling the world sharing his passion for whisky.

- Slow-smoked seasoned pork shoulder with bourbon barbeque glaze
- Pan seared chicken breast with a creamy mushroom bourbon glaze
- Sweet potato souffle
- Red-skinned potatoes with herbs, olive oil and garlic butter
- Cheese filled tortellini with basil, pesto sauce, roasted peppers, shaved parmesan cheese and fresh cut basil
- Baby carrots with bourbon sugar glaze
